We are just two weeks out from the Walk to Cambodia! While the world is experiencing uncertainty, fear and social isolation we have some good news for you.
Our virtual Walk to Cambodia is still going ahead in April!
Thanks to some very generous fitness professionals, we are partnering to bring you free online classes that can be done in the comfort of your own homes. These classes will help you with both your physical and mental health, which is so important in uncertain time.
At this stage our organised in-person social walks are still going ahead, but we will continue to monitor the situation as it unfolds and make decisions with our participants’ safety in mind.
DanceDesk with Dance Health Alliance
Join Gwen Korebrits, the founder of the Dance Health Alliance, as she takes you through a 30-minute class that is tailored towards working from home. This class is suitable for all ages, and is very beneficial for those who want to stimulate their immune system and maintain positive mental health.
Zumba with Project Enko
Exercise the mind, strengthen the body and lift the spirit with Project Enko! Never danced before? No problem. Take everything at your own pace and just keep moving. Two things are a guarantee; serious sweat and smiles.
Yoga with Eve White
Join Eve White as she leads us through therapeutic yoga classes. Eve believes in a world where everyone wakes feeling connected, which is exactly what you will feel with these classes.
More fitness classes will be added soon, so keep an eye on our website!
We are sad to say that the recent pandemic has hit Cambodians hard and without these vital funds, our remarkable education programs for disadvantaged Cambodians will not continue.
We must raise $10,000 this April, otherwise our doors to the vulnerable communities we support may be shut.
You CAN help.
Your support will make all of the difference this April when it comes to giving education to those who otherwise would not receive it.
Please encourage your friends to register for the virtual Walk to Cambodia. We can even change your existing registration to a team!
Thank you for your commitment to being healthy and empowering the most vulnerable members of society.
